These Terms explain how you may use the ARESS website, the status and limitations of its published content, how your data is handled, and each party's responsibilities. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the website means you have read and fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the website.

Article 3

Scope of the Website

The website exists to introduce the Company, its products and services, and to publish educational material and regulatory information. None of its pages is a trading venue, and securities cannot be bought or sold through the website.

Article 4

Nature of the Published Information

The content of the website is informational and educational. It is not advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or capital asset. Investment decisions, and their outcomes, rest with the user.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but gives no guarantee that it is faultless, complete or current to the minute. Data quoted from third-party sources carries the authority of that source.

Article 5

Permitted Use

You may use the website for personal reading, for evaluating the Company's services, and for the educational material. The following are not permitted:

  1. automated or bulk extraction of content, including by crawler, script or any similar tool, without the Company's written permission;
  2. anything that disrupts the performance, security or availability of the website, or places an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
  3. attempting to reach non-public sections, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical protection measures;
  4. republishing the content commercially, or using it in a way that suggests the Company has endorsed it;
  5. using the website for any purpose contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
Article 6

Intellectual Property

All material and moral rights in the website's content (text, design, trademarks, code and visual layout) belong to the Company unless stated otherwise. Using them beyond the limits of this document requires written permission.

Quoting part of the content for educational or news purposes is permitted, provided you name the Company and link to the source page.

The material in the Code of Professional Ethics section is based on an external source, and its intellectual-property and trademark terms are stated separately within that section. That notice takes precedence over this article.

Third-party fonts and libraries used on the website are governed by their own licences, and this document transfers no rights in them to the user.

Article 7

Data and Privacy

The Company collects personal information only where it is needed to provide services, answer requests, or meet legal requirements, and does not pass it to third parties except by order of a competent authority.

The website may store data in your browser to keep your preferences and improve performance. Clearing that data from your browser settings may reset the state of interactive sections, including your progress in the ethics quizzes.

Article 8

Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may link to external addresses. Those links are for reference only, and the Company takes no responsibility for the content, policies or behaviour of those sites. Using them is subject to their own terms.

Article 9

Limits of Liability

The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's reliance on the website's content, from a temporary outage or disruption of service, or from factors outside its reasonable control.

This article does not relieve the Company of liability in cases where the law does not allow it to be waived.

Article 10

Availability and Changes

The Company may change any part of the website, take it temporarily out of service, or discontinue it. Where a planned change affects users, the Company gives reasonable notice.

This document may also be revised. The valid version is always this page. Continuing to use the website after a new version is published means you accept it.

Article 11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization. The parties will try to settle any dispute by negotiation; failing that, the matter goes to the competent legal authority.

If any part of this document is invalid, the remaining parts stay in force.
